Digital Goods Policy

All Solvare products are digital goods delivered instantly upon payment. Because of the nature of digital downloads, our refund policy is as follows:

Standard Policy

We do not offer refunds on successfully delivered digital products. Once your wallpapers have been downloaded or the download link has been accessed, the sale is considered final.

Exceptions — We Will Help You

✦ Duplicate purchase — Contact us within 48 hours and we will process a full refund for the duplicate.
✦ Delivery failure — If your download link was never delivered or expired before access, we will resend or refund.
✦ Technical corruption — If files are provably corrupted, we will replace them immediately.
